MichiganBusinessHub.com Online Contest Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
All participants agree to abide by the terms of these
official rules and Legal Disclaimers, and by the decisions
of MichiganBusinessHub.com, which are final and binding on
all matters pertaining to the contest.
By entering, all participants agree that, regardless of the
outcome, participants will not challenge the results of the
Contest or file any claims or suits against
MichiganBusinessHub.com, 3G Enterprises, LLC their
affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, any or all
sponsors arising from the conduct of the Contest.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to United States
residents (void where prohibited by law), age 18 and older.
Employees and members of the immediate families (immediate
family is defined as parent, sibling, child, spouse or any
person residing in the same household as employee or
consultant) of MichiganBusinessHub.com and any sponsors of
the contest, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins July 21, 2008 and ends
at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on October 1, 2008. The random prize
drawing will take place on or about October 2, 2008. The
MichiganBusinessHub.com.com webserver is the official
time-keeping device for the Contest.
3. ENTRIES: To submit an entry to the Contest, a user must
both sign-up for our MichiganBusinessHub.com mailing list
and confirm their request to be on our mailing list by
clicking the confirmation link contained in the email sent
to them and generated by Aweber.com. Entrants must remain on
the MichiganBusinessHub.com mailing for at least the
duration of the contest. Additional Tickets (entries - no
actual tickets are provided) in the contest can be earned by
performing various tasks, such as making a blog post about
the contest, see our
Earn More Tickets page for all tasks. Entries which
violate MichiganBusinessHub.com's Terms of Use are
disqualified and not eligible to win. Entries that are lewd,
obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate to the
Contest will be disqualified at MichiganBusinessHub.com's
sole discretion. All Entries must be in English. Entrants
promise that any material they submit to
MichiganBusinessHub.com to earn more tickets in the contest
is (a) their own work; (b) does not infringe on the
copyrights of any other person or business. No person may
enter this Contest more than once using multiple email
addresses. Any person(s) found to be entering multiple times
with more than one email address will be disqualified.
4. PRIZES: Prizes have been donated by sponsors of the
contest and are the sole responsible of the sponsor to
deliver prizes to the winners. MichiganBusinessHub.com is
not reasonable for sponsors that have not delivered the
donated prize. See our
contest home page for a complete list of current prizes.
Note additional prizes may de added or deleted without
notice.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
MichiganBusinessHub.com will randomly give each ticket a
number and will select entries randomly (from a number
generating randomizer, to be determined) from all eligible
entries in the order of first prize down to the last prize.
Only one prize will be awarded per entrant. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential
winners will be notified within seven (7) days after drawing
date via an email sent to the email address provided by the
contestant upon joined our mailing list (i.e. the initial
entry). Prizes must be claimed within ten (3) days of
notification. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
MichiganBusinessHub.com is not required to award elsewhere
any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and
agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the
officers of MichiganBusinessHub.com, which shall be final
and binding in all respects. Taxes and/or fees, if any, are
the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By entering,
participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless
MichiganBusinessHub.com, its directors, officers, employees
and all sponsors from any and all liability or any injuries
and/or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in
connection with participation in this contest or the
acceptance, possession or use of any prize won in connection
with this contest. Contestants agree to
MichiganBusinessHub.com's use of their names and likeness
for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
MichiganBusinessHub.com is not responsible for incorrect,
inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by
a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any
human error, technical error or malfunctions.
MichiganBusinessHub.com reserves the right to halt or modify
the contest at any time during the contest period if events
beyond their control compromise the contest's fairness or
integrity. MichiganBusinessHub.com is not responsible for
typographical or other human or technical errors in the
offer or administration of this contest, including but not
limited to errors in advertising, the official rules, the
selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution
of the prizes. MichiganBusinessHub.com, in its sole
discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in
the contest or refuse to award prizes, if entrant engages in
any conduct MichiganBusinessHub.com deems to be improper,
unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the contest
or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct
includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal
information required during contest registration or prize
claim, violating any term or condition stated herein,
accumulating prizes through methods such as automated
computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing
others to use the entrant's personal information for the
purpose of accumulating prizes, tampering with
MichiganBusinessHub.com's administration of this promotion,
or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer,
disassemble, decompile or otherwise tamper with the computer
programs on this web site. Entrant further acknowledges that
the forfeiture of prize(s) shall in no way prevent
MichiganBusinessHub.com from pursuing other avenues of
recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection
with such conduct. MichiganBusinessHub.com reserves the
right to modify these rules for clarification purposes
without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the
contest.
7. INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet or
MichiganBusinessHub.com web site(s) is not capable of
running as planned, including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of
MichiganBusinessHub.com which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this contest, MichiganBusinessHub.com reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, and to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
MichiganBusinessHub.com assumes no responsibility for any
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, communications line failure,
theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries or transactions.
MichiganBusinessHub.com is not responsible for any problems
or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or
transaction to be received on account of technical problems
or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or
any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to
participant's or any other person's computer related to or
resulting from participation or downloading any materials in
this contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR
NON-CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN
ATTEMPT BE MADE, MICHIGANBUSINESSHUB.COM, INC. RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT OR
NON-CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In
the event of a dispute, entries made by internet will be
declared made by the authorized account holder of the IP
address submitted at time of entry.
8. REMEDY:In the event that the contest is challenged by any
legal or regulatory authority, MichiganBusinessHub.com
reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or
to disqualify participants residing in the affected
geographic areas. In such event, MichiganBusinessHub.com
shall have no liability to any players who are disqualified
due to such an action. In no event will
MichiganBusinessHub.com, their directors, officers,
employees, agents, representatives or sponsors be
responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind,
including direct indirect, incidental, consequential or
punitive damages arising out of participant's access to and
use of the MichiganBusinessHub.com website or other web
sites utilized in this competition or the downloading or
uploading and/or printing of material from said sites.
Without limiting the foregoing, everything on
MichiganBusinessHub.com's site is provided "as is" without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Some
jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of
liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some
of the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to
you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or
limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. In
any dispute regarding a competition, the decision of
MichiganBusinessHub.com shall be final and binding. By
entering, participants agree to these rules and that the
decision of MichiganBusinessHub.com is final and binding in
all matters relating to the competition.

DISCLOSURE Your information is collected for

anyone for any purpose, especially for commercial purposes.

entering our contest signifies acknowledgement of and
agreement that MichiganBusinessHub.com may, in its sole
discretion, preserve or disclose your Content, as well as
your information, such as email addresses, IP addresses,
timestamps, and other user information, if required to do so
by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or
disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal
process.
You further agree to accept email messages from

business. Messages may contain important information
regarding your account, operations at

You may earn more tickets by subscribing to some of our
sponsors email lists, be sure to review all sponsors Privacy
Policy’s - MichiganBusinessHub.com is not responsible nor
will regulate the usage of your information to our sponsors.
MichiganBusinessHub.com will not forward or sell or
give-a-way your information to any sponsor or third party.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
